Janet, Look at those side walls leading up to the underpass. Tells me it was a labor of great organization. And the narrow underpass tells me that not much traffic was around when it was built. Apparently the builder thought a low one-laner was sufficient. It's a lovely captured photo. -- barbara

Is that in St. Albans? There's a similar tunnel there.
ReplyDeleteThere are a few of these in St. Albans, but this one is in Kanawha City, across from CAMC,on the road that goes by McDonalds.
