Our Surprise Watermelon

We didn't grow a watermelon patch this year. We didn't have to.

We just sat on the front porch and spit.

Do you think it will have time to get big and ripe?

  8. Oh, I hope so!
I planted them this year. Even though we did not have a very productive garden, I did get two watermelons.
That is a first. They usually don't do well. Go figure.....
