  1. We have many things in common! I also love crafts.
Thank you for your kind comments on my blog. I've had a couple of devotions published, and a few things in the local paper.
    Blessings!

  5. Hey Jan, I could probably do the same thing....I have so much stuff! I love to craft, but then I don't have anything to do with it after I make it. I usually give some things to my grandkids...that is what you need...grandkids... tell Charley and Jennifer that I said so. I'm working on some now..
    just to be doing something.

  6. Hi Janet~what cute decorations! I have the same problem with having too many. Every year I plan to leave some packed away~but I can't resist hanging them on the tree!

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!

(Sorry I was not already a follower~I thought I was!)

Looks like that snowman might have been made from a piece of grandmas quilt, that's neat.

  8. I'm a follower and I'm in the "pot" now... hope I win. funny that you say you have too many decorations... I do too... when I opened my boxes this year to decorate my tree, I thought "where did all this stuff come from?" a lot of mine is hand made too.... I packed some of it back up and put it back in the attic... thinking of a yard sale... and then I thought "no, maybe one day, when I'm dead and gone, my kids are grandkids will enjoy going through these things." Who am I kidding? they will probably throw them out without even looking, and go out and buy lots of shiny plastic things. LOL

  9. Janet, you seem to be as crafty as my mom and my wife.
Nothing beats a handmade christmas ornament of any item for that matter. It tells a lot about the person who made it.

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!
