A while back I posted here about a squirrel feeder my son made and we put up to feed the squirrels.
It seems the birds enjoyed it more than the squirrels.
The squirrels are confused no more!
Eating
Eating
Climbing back down after eating his breakfast. They have also been eating the seeds on the ground that fall from our bird feeder. Now I think the cardinal is looking a little confused. He looks as if He is thinking, You are a squirrel. You are not supposed to be eating my seeds.
Do you have a caption you want to share about the picture of the seed-stealing squirrel and the confused cardinal?
(Click on the pics and see more details)
Hey nutty boy, leave my seeds alone!
ReplyDeleteWe watch squirrels steal tomatoes from the garden and run along the fence with one as big as their head in their mouths.
Hope you are having a great day, Janet.
Oh my! I hope the squirrels never steal our tomatoes. Maybe they wont if we keep feeding them.
Delete"Hey! Leave some for me!"
ReplyDeleteHi, Charlotte. That's a good one.
DeleteHa, ha. Cute little critters. "Leave some for me."
ReplyDeleteHi, Beverly. Another good one.
DeleteGlad the squirrels aren't confused about their feeder anymore- though eating the birds food might show this squirrel is a little confused. Love the photo of the cardinal and squirrel. "Exactly what do you think you're doing?".

Hi, Jess. We have squirrly squirrels. :o) Like your caption.
DeleteCaught, red handed!
ReplyDeleteHa! Yes he was caught, but they seem to get along with each other and don't run each other off. I guess we have enough seeds for all of them.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could think of a caption, but I just keep laughing at the confused look on the birds face. I’m sure it must be thinking - Hey you with the tail – go and eat your own food this here food is for us birds.
Yes, he does have a confused look, doesn't he! And, your caption is a good one.
